Job Description

As a Process Assistant, you will be an entry-level leader in our operations team. You will support the Area Manager by helping to lead a team of associates, assigning tasks, and ensuring that workflow runs smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Area Manager in leading a team of associates.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow.
• Help train and coach new associates.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
