You'll facilitate classroom and on-the-job training, ensuring that our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions to new hires and current employees.
• Facilitate on-the-job training and provide coaching and feedback.
• Track training completion and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Update and maintain training materials.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to identify training needs.
