Job Description

Join our Learning & Development team and help shape the future of our workforce. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our new and existing associates. You'll facilitate classroom and on-the-job training, ensuring that our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about teaching and employee development.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions to new hires and current employees.
• Facilitate on-the-job training and provide coaching and feedback.
• Track training completion and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Update and maintain training materials.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to identify training needs.
