Job Description

As an HR Operations Administrator, you will provide essential support to our Human Resources team. This role involves managing employee data, processing HR transactions, and answering employee questions about HR policies and benefits. Your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records in our HR information system (HRIS).
  • Process new hires, terminations, and other employee status changes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
